Online Learning Challenges Faced by Academicians During the Pandemic

Utilizing e- learning platforms has become the norm for educators to disseminate knowledge and information students during Covid-19 pandemic. Hence, this study aims analyse e-learning setbacks obstacles faced by 30 academicians in a private university Malaysia. This conducted via survey-based questionnaire was able successfully responses from lecturers of varying experiences multidisciplinary fields. It found that main most online are related technical, academic, communication socio geographical challenges.
